There was a already title card of Donald Duck for 1951's Out Of Scale. Why would they use a 1939 title card for Corn Chips, All In A Nutshell, and Out Of Scale?

Hello there, I've been watching Disney Channel and seeing Have A Laugh! and they never post up long version cartoons, just short versions after a show, but not a movie with a long version. When could they put on a cartoon in a long version and when the new cartoons will be online?
