Have A Laugh In Full Version

Hi, I'm a fan of Disney Channel of watching animated shows like Phineas and Ferb & Gravity Falls, but since Have A Laugh! is on Disney Channel, why can't Disney Channel put on the cartoons in a long version because it came in short versions at 2:25, 3:25, and 9:55. Have they cancelled the long versions forever? Will they continue to put them in short version forever and ever? When and what year and month can they put them in short and long versions during morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and night on Disney Channel? Can't they put one cartoon after a movie in a long version such as: 1:50, 10:50, 9:50, 11:50, or 12:50. It's already 2014 and they never post the new shorts online since the "Mickey Mouse" shorts have arrived last year. When will the "Have A Laugh!" short ever come up?
